As much as I marvel to the fact that someone can buld a Case for Spam the winner has to be and will be Stephan's Case for Chorizo. Can I just add, if you go to Spain you have to try something called "Huevos estrellados", which consists of fried eggs, fried potatoes and fried chorizos with lots of bread, accompany this dish with a cold beer or glass of wine. Also, you've all heard about Jamón Ibérico, the best ham in the universe, well, from that same pig comes Chorizo Ibérico and Lomo Ibérico and Morcón Ibérico… para flipar! |
